In Orlando, coffee shops cluster around downtown offices, college campuses and the main commercial streets of residential neighborhoods, and the independents usually close by mid-afternoon while chains stay open into the evening. Across Florida, drive-thru coffee stands and kiosks fill the gap in suburbs and along highways, and roasters often sell bags and brewing gear at the counter. Check the listing for hours, whether the cafe takes mobile orders, and its Google rating and recent reviews; parking is easiest at suburban locations, while downtown shops rely on street meters or nearby garages. Loyalty programs are common and worth joining if you are a regular.

Orlando is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Orlando follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had a great strawberry matcha here, a perfect blend of flavors. Great atmosphere in a historic building and nice staff! The cafe being connected to an art gallery made it a very relaxing experience. Made my rough day turn into a nice one. I will be back.

This is such a lovely place; a hidden gym in the middle of downtown. The coffee and service were worth the visit. Alexis was so kind and personable. We'll be back! ☕💕

I love this coffee shop! I was so happy to find this hidden gem. The coffee itself is delicious and smooth, I’m hooked on their iced Americanos! The space also has such a beautiful atmosphere. The shop is inside an art gallery with two stories to explore, and it’s such a peaceful vibe to it, you don’t feel rushed at all. There’s plenty of seating in the coffee shop area and it has a warm community feel that makes it so inviting!

I didn’t find the pistachio latte I was hoping for, but the lavender latte was very subtle. The coffee quality is good and the prices are reasonable. The building is it seems the oldest in Orlando, a Victorian, and it’s beautiful.

The cafe manager, Miles (apparently in France they call him Kilometer) pleasantly holds the cafe to a high standard of coffee—Brazilian beans, roasted in Italy. When I get cappuccinos I want it to be an experience. Latte-art is a pure artistic extravagance that fits perfectly in the cafe. Along with the rest of the art in the CityArts Gallery, it's perfect. And yet, since I often only get iced coffee or an Americano with minimal sweetener, my coffee is often black and my matcha, green. So I prefer the flavor of the brews to stand on their own in flavor and quality. I think I've come to expect that here at the cafe. I tried some of their specialty Japanese teas they brew before an art show. I really like their specialty mugicha, a roasted barely tea, over ice. It was gorgeously nutty and full, in herbal body. The Pastries are simple and ideal. Fresh buttery croissants…with chocolate. Blueberry scones. I even found out that CityArts Cafe will be trying special dessert coffees, like an Affogato—vanilla gelato in espresso. So I’m excited to have that while in the invigorating presence of the curated art..
